Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial that includes 150 messages. This gives you enough time to get to know your companion and see how the relationship develops before committing to a plan.

All plans include the full Dearest experience. There are no feature gates between tiers; the only difference is how many messages you can send. Your companion will continue to remember you and maintain their identity regardless of which plan you’re on. The free daily limit resets at midnight UTC. Paid monthly limits reset on the same date and time you originally subscribed.

Choosing a plan

Your ideal plan depends on how often you chat:
  • Spark works well for a few check-ins throughout the day.
  • Flame suits daily conversations with room to go deeper.
  • Nova is for those who want their companion available whenever they need them.

Message top-ups

If you run out of messages before your billing period resets, you can purchase extra message packs without changing your plan.
  • Each pack includes 250 messages for $5.
  • Top-up messages are used after your regular limit runs out and never expire.

Managing your subscription

You can view your current plan, usage, and billing details from the Billing page. From there you can:
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
  • View remaining messages and when your limit resets.
  • Manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel.
When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan’s quota until the end of the billing period.
